Hooding Ceremony Check In Instructions
- DON'T LOSE YOUR CARD! Keep it with you at all times and keep it flat (don't fold it).
- Check address on the card. If adjustments are needed, please move to the side of the check in tables to make your changes.
- Check phonetic pronunciation of your name. If adjustments are needed, please move to the side of the check in tables to make your changes.
- Once you walk across the stage, you may not be going back to the same seat, so please make arrangements for someone (perhaps one of your guests) to hold any personal items.
- Check your regalia to make sure you have all the necessary pieces: robe, mortarboard/tam (hat), and hood.
- Find your spot in line (according to the number in the top corner of your card).
- Be in line ready to process by 8:35am at the latest.
