The project aims to streamline and centralize the management of graduate student funding and employment at UCR through the development of a single system: GSMS. This comprehensive solution will:

Improve visibility into funding commitments, employment processes, and compliance with bargaining unit agreements.

Automate workflows and integrate systems to minimize manual efforts and reduce administrative overhead for departments and the Graduate Division.

Improve Data Tracking and Reporting

Provide robust tools for tracking student funding, graduate student employment, and compliance metrics, enabling better decision-making and oversight.
