Welcome Attendees!
The University of California, Riverside Graduate Division, is excited to be hosting the Spring Council of Graduate Deans (COGD) event in person! The event will take place over two days, April 25 - 26, 2022, on the beautiful UCR campus.
We look forward to welcoming those who have registered to attend this event. Graduate Division will send a follow-up email days before the event confirming your registered activities. We also include information on directions and parking and a daily schedule for Monday and Tuesday events.
If you have any questions as we get closer to the event, please contact us at graddiv@ucr.edu.
Parking Information

Parking Permit
COGD participants must visit the University Kiosk on West Campus Drive to obtain a parking permit before parking on campus or they risk a parking citation. See map for directions to the kiosk.
If you have a parking permit for your own UC campus, you will be able to park at UC Riverside. Make sure to bring a photo ID and provide proof of a valid faculty or staff permit from your home campus. You can log in to your parking account and show the kiosk attendant permit information or a printed copy with your permit details can be shown. The information you provide should show that the permit is current, issued to you, and that you have paid for a long term (quarter or annual) permit at your home campus. Parking permits are virtual so once verified, vehicle information will be logged into the system, and you will be directed to either Parking Lot 1 or 24.
If you don’t have a parking permit from your own campus, the kiosk will also have daily permits available to purchase. It’s very important that you stop at the kiosk before parking in any lot. -

Barbara and Art Culver Center of Arts
Barbara and Art Culver Center of the Arts is located at: 3834 Main St. Riverside, CA 92501
The Culver Center was initiated with a lead gift from the Culver family. The transformation of the 1895 Rouse Department Store, one of Riverside's architectural jewels, into the Culver Center has been supported by private donors, UCR, and the City of Riverside. This adaptive reuse enlivens the city's downtown core, bridges the community and the university, and marries history and 21st century digital technology.
Parking Instructions
Culver Center/UCR ARTS is located with Location Flag #7 on the Downtown Riverside parking map provided. If you will be parking; you can park in the Mission Square garage which is located on the map with the Tesla sign, located on the corner of 9th and Market. Parking downtown is free after 5pm.
Daily Schedule
All meetings on Monday and Tuesday will take place in the Highlander Union Building (HUB).
