Transcripts for Admitted Students

All new students are required to submit official proof of an awarded bachelor's degree or equivalent. The award date of your degree must occur before the first day of your first quarter. The first day of the Fall 2024 quarter is September 23, 2024.

Students admitted provisionally are required to provide official transcripts, proof of degrees awarded, and official test scores. Our office will place a registration hold until you provide the necessary documents to finalize your admission. It is your responsibility to clear all holds.

Delays to your enrollment can impact multiple student services, including the release of fellowship funding. Visit the UCR Registrars' Academic Calendar to stay informed on upcoming enrollment dates.

If information regarding any institutions listed on your application changes, you must notify our office immediately. Contact us on updates related to dates of attendance for any institution currently enrolled and awarding of degrees.
